I want to talk to you about food intake. Almost everyone thinks they know what to do when it comes to food. Most people try to eat better quality foods and think that should do the job. And the rest of you think just because you go to the gym and are watching what you eat that it’s enough. in both case’s you may lose some weight but what you don’t know is that you are losing mostly muscle mass. those of you that have lost 20 or 30lbs take a look at yourself very carefully and you’ll see that you are smaller but look soft. you cannot go on a diet or excercise program without knowing what your matabolic rate is, or knowing your caloric intake, as this is key. Without it you don’t know how many calories to intake so you dont tap into any muscle. the key to your success is maintaining muscle and just losing fat. That requiries you to test every single week to insure that you know what your losing and control your body. Imagine having a window into your body.
