Working out is not so simple, otherwise we’d all look great.

The hardest time for me is at night or I should say before bed. Why?

Well thats when its down time for most of us or at least for me. I come home, have dinner turn on the TV, get comfortable. I start going back and forth to the refrigerator snacking.

I start thinking about how that healthy dinner I had ealier all went to waist.

So this goes on for maybe a year and you look at yourself and ask, WHY? HOW?

I run, I exercise, I pretty active!

This was me 20 years ago. What I did is what I do for my clients now on a daily basis.

The programs we have here at Abs Club La are so easy. Everything you need to do is handed to you step by step.

All you need to do is show up and follow what we say.

We may have a look in our minds as to who we want to look like, but because we are all individuals following their plan we most likely not work for us. We must have our own plan.

I can help you, and together we will get to your goal.

Johnny.

Last February, I fell from a ladder and broke my hip. The injury left

me with a few 3″ permanent screws in my hipbone and on my back

for many months. The weight packed on. I was 5’7 and 180 lbs.

My waist was 38″, my body fat was 19.8, and my cholesterol was

293. I first heard about ABS Club LA (The Better Body Makers) from 1150AM Talk radio.

They always said great things about Tony (The Better Body Maker), so I

decided to hand my body over. I am proud to say that I am now

154 lbs., my waist is 30″, my body fat is 12.2 and my cholesterol is

180. I would encourage anyone who needs to lose body fat,

inches, pounds or lower their cholesterol, to call or go to ABS Club LA and do there weight loss program. Use their Better Body

Maker program to the fullest. It could possibly save your life.

Many thanks to ABS Club LA and the Better Body Maker program team

for “making me do it.” I will continue to “do it” for the rest of my healthy and fit life. -Colin

Why is it that people always complain about not being able to lose weight but yet they don’t or won’t stop drinking or eating the wrong foods.

I was once like that, when going out drinking, and then going out eating fatty foods.

Years went by and I found myself unmotivated and didn’t want to do too much. So little by little I put on weight.

So guess what I did?

I started walking, yes walking, working out, I stopped going out and yes even hanging out with my friends. The weight was coming off, and my motivation got better.

Now after years, I look back and I can say I did it. Not for the people aound me but for me.

Now I find myself helping those that need the help.

Call me, I’ll help you too!!!

OLD DIET MYTHS

No need to punish yourself with these old diet myths, and yes you can have a normal and healthy relationship with food.

Old Myth. Old Myth. Old Myth.
The last 10 pounds are the hardest. I can’t eat carbs, fried food or dessert. I’m hungry but I should wait until lunch/dinner to eat.
New attitude. New attitude. New attitude.
It’s true that the last 10 pounds are the slowest but that is because as you lose weight your metabolism adapts, so don’t get frustrated just keep going. No food should be off-limits. Deprivation just leads to binging. Instead of banning foods from your diet, give yourself permission to have a treat once a week. I can eat whatever I want. You end up making bad choices when you’re starving, so it’s best to have a snack to tide you over.
