On average, our clients will lose around 20-30 Lbs. per month, depending on the amount of weight needed to be lost. Often, people lose 7 to 12 lbs. in the first week along with loose clothing and very noticeable change and decrease of fat around the face and neck, which is a great encouragement that this program really works as well as motivation to continue.
