Hey, guys!!!

TonyI injured my knee last year and and put on about 15lbs of fat. Three weeks ago i woke up and decided that i was going to push thru the pain and start my cardio and weight training up again. So far i’m doing great, lost 13.6 pounds of fat. 🙂 It was tough to start but i pushed thru. I feel great and sexy again LOL!!!
