Did you know that an average person if they lost 20lbs they would lose close to 14lbs of muscle and maybe 5lbs of fat. If you lost more muscle then fat does your body fat percentage go up or down? It goes up. With that your matabolic rate slows down and now you have to eat less food then you were just to maintain your body and less then that to keep lossing.
