We all go through tough times when it comes to losing weight, we work hard all week to come to find out that no weight has come off. Dont stop keep going just like it took you weeks, month, years to put on the weight, same thing with losing it. You never want to do it for someone else, do it for your self. Beleive me it can be done. Wether you're doing it by your self or if you have help.
